Enable default toolbars. If enabling your add-on toolbar didn't solve your problem, you'll most likely need to enable default toolbars. I was cleaning the dust off my laptop and suddenly everything was gone, tabs, toolbars … The only thing that would come up was yahoo and that was full screen.
